The meeting of ‘Province No. 5/6 Provincial Cricket Association’ has concluded

Oct 8, Rupandehi – The meeting of ‘Province No. 5/6 Provincial Cricket Association’ under Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has concluded in Rupandehi today. 

A meeting chaired by Durga Bahadur Thapa at Siddhartha Stadium Bhairahawa today has taken some long-term important decisions.

The meeting has formed a ‘secretariat’ with Krishna Prasad Shrestha, Sanjay Gurung, Rajesh Shrestha and Kishore Chandra Gautam under the coordination of President Durga Bahadur Thapa to expedite the activities of the PN 5/6 Provincial Cricket Association. 

1. The meeting has formed an economic committee under the coordination of Rajesh Shrestha comprising Binay Gyawali, Kailas Rokkamagar, Shridhar KC, Binay Rajbhandari and Padam Shrestha.

3. A ‘Development Committee’ has been formed under the coordination of Sanjay Gurung. Other sub-committees under this committee are physical sub-committees including Dipendra Thapa, Kishore Ghartimagar, Sanju Chhetri, Binay Gyawali, technical sub-committee comprising Satyajit Sarkar, Manmohan Lamsal and Sameer Khan. Similarly, Jung Bahadur Thapa, Dipendra Pratap Singh from senior side, Basant Sahi and Shankar Rana from age group, Shakti Gauchan, Rahul BK and Sanju Chhetri from school cricket, Maya Gyawali, Jamil Ansari and Debendra Singh Thakuri from school cricket are members of the cricket sub-committee. 
4. A disciplinary committee has been formed under the coordination of Krishna Prasad Shrestha with Binay Rajbhandari and Sanjay Gurung as members. 
5. All the district committees within PN 5/6 to conduct at least 1/1 school and club cricket tournament annually except for other programs of Nepal Cricket Association and Provincial Cricket Association.
