Bhimdutt has bagged the title of ‘First Kanchanpur Municipality Level T20 Cricket’

Dec 29, Kanchanpur – Bhimdutt Municipality has bagged the title of ‘First Kanchanpur Municipality Level T20 Cricket Tournament’ organized by Kanchanpur District Cricket Association. Along with the title, Bhimdutt has received a trophy, medal and certificate along with Rs 1 lakh in cash. Bedkot, who became the runner-up, received a trophy, medal and certificate along with Rs 50,000 in cash. 

In the final, Bhimdutt won the toss and elected to bat. Scored 190 runs in 20 overs. Santosh Bhatt contributed 63, Manoj Khadka 48, Dipendra Chand 24, Manoj Ghatal 16 and Dinesh Agar 12 for Bhimdutt. Abishek Budhayer, Bibek Bohora, Deepak Chand and Kshitij Kathayat took 1/1 wickets each for Bedkot. 

Chasing the victory target of 191 runs, Bedkot lost all the wickets in 19.1 overs and was reduced to 165 runs. Krishna Bista contributed 50 runs for Bedkot. For Bhimdutta, Bikram Chand took 5 wickets, Santosh Bhatt took 2 wickets and Santosh Chand and Dinesh Agri took 1/1 wickets each. Santosh Bhatt was declared Man of the Match in the final
