1. CAN invites Sealed bids (hard copy) from eligible bidders for the procurement of Commercial Rights of Nepal Premier League (NPL) under National competitive bidding – Single Stage Single Envelope procedures.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Cricket Association Nepal (CAN), Mulapani.

3. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above, should deposit the cost of bidding document of NRs. 10,000.00 in the account as mentioned in the bid document.
4. The bidders shall submit the sealed bids to the office of Cricket Association Nepal (CAN), Mulapani, by hand on or before 15:00 PM on 15th September 2024. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 15:30 PM on 15th September 2024 at the office of Cricket Association Nepal (CAN), Mulapani. Bids must be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to NRs. 10,00,000.00 along with the bid.
