INVITATION FOR VENDOR ENLISTMENT

Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) is the official governing body of cricket in Nepal. The Association’s headquarters are in Mulpani, Kathmandu, Nepal, and it is Nepal’s representative at the International Cricket Council and is also a member of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC).

We invite eligible firms, suppliers, companies, and individuals to express their interest in participating in our vendor listing for the fiscal year 2025.

Vendor Enlistment for:

• Office Supplies: Office Stationeries, Toner refilling, printer cartridge, ink cartridge, printer, Handouts printing photocopy
• Grocery Supplies: Hygiene supplies, kitchen supplies, and more
• IT Accessories: IT accessories for laptops and desktops
• Laptop & Computer repair and maintenance service
• Office repair and maintenance: Plumbing service, Electricity and Electronic Services, cleaning services, masonry services, carpenter services, partition services, CCTV and attendance services, etc.
• Infrastructure development: Construction services, metal work services, raw materials such as cement, rod, gravel, sand, etc.
• Consultation services: Architect, engineering, etc.
• Vehicle Rental Service: Provide transportation service
• Printing and Promotional Items: Booklet, Template, flex print, books, sticker, flip chart, Posters, Hoarding board and wall paint, Cap, T-shirt, Bag, clear bag printing, design etc.
• Furniture and Fixtures
• Hotel Services: Accommodation and Conference Venue
• Catering services
• Security services
• Software services
• Advertising Service: Online portals, agencies
• Translation Service: Interpreter service, editing service etc.
• Travel and Air ticketing services:
  National and International air ticket, visa service etc.
• Playing kits and clothing apparel
• Cricket equipment
• LED and Sound System services

Interested vendors/suppliers are requested to provide us with the following documents:

• Cover letter
• Company Profile and clientele
• Copy of Company Registration
• Copy of PAN/VAT certificate
• Latest Tax Clearance certificate
• Copy of any other required license document to provide services
